HIKE: Button Rock Dam via Sleepy Lion and Longmont Dam Road Loop

⛰️ Button Rock Preserve | 1 hour from Denver | Moderate | FREE | Route 

5.1-mile loop trail near Lyons, Colorado. Generally considered a moderately challenging route with 850 feet of elevation gain, it takes an average of 2 h 15 min to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, fishing, and running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. You will have to leave your dog at home as they are not allowed on these trails. After your hike grab a coffee/pastry at Barking Dog Cafe in the town of Lyons!
